All jobs must be reviewed by our quality control team before the funds will be available. Usually this doesn't take long, but sometimes when we have a very high volume of jobs in the system, it can take a few days. Additionally, depending on different system requirements, some jobs may take longer than other to finish the review process. Rest assured, we have a dedicated team that works day and night, seven days a week to get jobs reviewed as quickly as possible.
If your job is taking longer than usual to finish the review process, please know that this doesn't necessarily indicate that anything is wrong with the job. It is likely that this job simply has different review requirements so is taking a bit longer.
Please note that our Property Audits tend to take a bit longer than other audits to finish the review process in our system. These may take up to 5 days to finish our review process.
You can check the status of your job submission by clicking "Earnings" on the agent menu at the bottom of your app.

I love this app , but it needs to get on par with other platforms such as survey payout apps , Instacart , door dash , etc
I want to do this job, whatever test I get, I will try my best and see that I will be successful.
I’ve been using this app for years. They used to pay right away, like in a few hours for most jobs. I don’t think that’s the case anymore, but it’s still relatively fast.
Been having very slow payouts. I've completed jobs a week ago that are still I'm review. I'm trying to be patient but come on now approve or deny!

Thank you for the note. We typically do review submissions quite quickly! Generally 85% within 24-36 hours. However, sometimes we'll get unexpected waves of volume that can slow down our systems and processes. We appreciate your patience in those unique times.

If my job has been denied for performing it at the wrong location, is that against my contract since in the instruction portion of all the jobs it clearly states i will never be turned down for comoleting jobs at any location as long as the upc code is the correct upc for thr product.

If you were denied for an Eye Spy or Scavenger hunt for being at the wrong location, please reply to that denial email so that our Agent Ambassadors can get that resolved! Those locations are suggestions, not requirements.
Many, if not most, other types of jobs do have location specific requirements on their jobs. It's important to check the instructions for clarification.
