If you try to do a job and the store is permanently closed or moved, you can still complete the job!
First, we ask that you always go to the actual, physical address that we have listed for you in the job (do not go to a different address, even if the store moved). We will verify your GPS location, so be sure to go to the actual, physical address that is listed in the job. Do not rely on the map pin as sometimes there can be an error in the location's geocoding.
Once you are there, we ask that you answer every question in the job (so that it will not be auto-denied). Take photos of whatever is located at and around the address, whether that is a field, another business, or the closed store location. Then, leave us comments at the end of the job explaining the situation.
With this information, we can verify that the store location is closed and/or that the address we provided was incorrect.
