Finding and reserving jobs

To see what jobs are available in your area, go to "Find Jobs" in the app menu. From there, you can click the button in the top right of the screen to customize how jobs are sorted, adjust your search radius, and even search jobs in other areas by ZIP code. You can view your search results in either a list view or a map view. You may need to hit the refresh button to make sure your list is up to date!

You can tap on a job in either view to see the overview instructions. These will give you a general idea of what you'll be required to do: how many questions are on the job, how many photos will be required, and how much time you'll have to complete it. If there are any special requirements, these will also be in the overview.

When you decide you want to do a job, you should reserve it BEFORE you leave to go to the job location. This ensures it won't be taken by another Agent before you get there! Once you've reserved a job, you'll have a time limit to complete it before it expires. Most jobs expire 2 hours after you reserve them, but the exact time might vary from job to job. The time limit will be shown in the job overview, so just make sure you give yourself enough time to complete it after reserving it!

Some jobs may have a set closing time given in the instructions. It may say something like: "This job must be completed by 6:00 p.m."  If this is the case when you reserve your job be sure to check the countdown clock to see the exact amount of time remaining on the job.  If you find it is not enough time you may swipe left of the job and cancel it without negatively affecting your agent score.
