If a job you saw earlier is no longer available, it was probably reserved by another Agent. However, this doesn't necessarily mean it's gone forever. If the other Agent cancels the job, lets it expire, or doesn't do it correctly so that it's denied, the job will automatically be made available again to other Agents in the area.
If many jobs of the same type all disappear at once, the quota for that job was probably met. A client will generally request a certain quota of responses, and once that many jobs are reserved or completed, the remaining locations for the job will no longer be available. However, if an Agent cancels their reservation or their submission is denied, the jobs will become available again, so keep checking back!
If you try to accept a job and you get a message saying it is no longer available, that means it has already been reserved by another Agent. It was showing up in your search results because the page was not up to date. Whenever you go to "Find Jobs," it's a good idea to hit the refresh button to make sure your list is current.

I've had locations for jobs available and it wasn't available after trying to claim. I've refreshed the list multiple times. Then tried to claim the next location, and that too wasn't available. I forced closed the app, cleared cache, reopened the app, and even refreshed the list after previous steps, and the rest of the locations available I tried claiming and none were available. If reps claimed all of the locations, it shouldn't be showing they're available in my list after doing the steps that I mentioned. I went above what this threads actions on refreshing your job list and it doesn't work. I've seen this problem everyday this week. My app is up-to-date also.
The same thing has happened to me this week. I did everything that pfister_lori did. New jobs are showing after I have refreshed several times but they are always taken. This is the worst week I have encountered.

Can you confirm what jobs this happened on? Was it multiple different job types or the same job with many available locations?

For me this happened a lot with "Precision Required". This has not happened recently. Not sure if it was a glitch. It was truly aggravating. Thank you for your reply.
This same thing has happened to me every day now for weeks. Funny that I was able to do 10 jobs in 1 day weeks ago but since then I've literally been blocked from completing audits that pay more than $3. I know there are several in my area that pay $10 per job (Sally Beauty for example) and the audit says you can choose 10 in multiple locations but once clicked it says no longer available and immediately disappears. It won't even show up at all unless I reinstall. I contacted support but get a non answer.. it's not hard to figure out! The algorithm or the company itself is purposely blocking me because I made $100 a couple weeks ago! That's ridiculous! I'm a good agent and I just want to work but it won't let me get a reasonable job!!
I am a new agent and had this same problem where the job said it was available but then disappeared when I accepted it. It also said I had accepted an assignment, which I did not, and seems to have penalized me for not completing with no warning or reminder. Now all the job opportunities have seemed to have disappeared for me. I do this kind of work for many other companies and have never had issues submitting things on time and have never had a misunderstanding of what assignment I was responsible for. This is a very disappointing experience but I’m glad I’m not the only one with significant app issues.
Hi @Brooke! Sorry for the delayed response here. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This "job already taken" message shows up sometimes when/if the server and app refresh rates are not fast enough. The app will present jobs that have actually been taken already by other Agents.
We do not want to penalize Agents for being successful. It's totally our goal for Agents to earn more since that will only help our company grow as a whole.
If you get any error messages that your account is suspended, then there may actually be a hold on your account for security purposes that our support team can look at for you. Please submit a ticket if you feel this is the case.
