Before you can cashout your funds from the app, you will need to link a bank account (or pre-paid card) to your Field Agent app, then verify that bank account. This process can be completed In-App, or Online. Please note that this process may take 3 to 5 days, so please plan ahead if you need access to your funds soon!
Setting up the a cashout account In-App: Step 1
First, head to your agent menu in the app, then select "account". Next, select "Earnings". You should now see a green and white screen detailing your earnings and jobs. Next click "Manage" in the top-right corner.
Now click the "add new" button beneath "Manage Cash Out Options."
This should take you to the form below where you can add your new bank account (or prepaid card) information. You will need your bank's name, routing number, and account number.
Please note that our system will send a verification code to your agent account phone number. You will need to enter this in order to continue. If you are having trouble receiving this code, check out our article here: Why can't I receive the text or SMS verification code to my phone?
After clicking "save" you have completed step one of the verification process. Please note that you will still need to complete step 2 before you can cashout your funds!
Setting up the a cashout account In-App: Step 2
Now that you have completed Step 1, a small verification deposit, or micro-deposit of less than $1 will be sent to the bank account that you listed in Step 1. Important Note: This micro-deposit will may take 3 to 5 days to arrive! We recommend checking your bank account transactions each day until you see the Field Agent deposit show up in your bank account.
Once you see this deposit, head back to the "manage" tab of your app. (Account > Earnings > Manage). You will see your new account listed under "Manage Cashout Options." Click the orange "verify" button underneath the account, then enter the amount that you see in your bank account including decimals and zeros. (If your phone will not allow you to enter decimal points, please try our online verification below, you can skip to step 2)
Important Note: Please do not click "verify" or guess the amount sent to you before you see the micro-deposit actually arrive in your bank account, this may result in getting locked out of the cashout process!
Once you have verified this micro-deposit amount, your cashout account is good to go! Be sure to select "active" next to the account that you want your funds to go to if you have more than one account connected.
Please note: Verifying your account does not automatically cashout your available funds. you will still need to click the green "Cash Out" button that is available in the "account" and "Earnings" tabs.
Setting up the a cashout account Online: Step 1
Log in here to your Agent account and click "Account Setup" on the top menu and then click the "Add New" button.
Scroll down to create a new cashout option. Select your Account Type and enter your information.
You will need your bank's name, routing number, and account number.
For added security, confirm you are the one creating a new cash-out method by entering the code sent to the phone number associated with your Field Agent account.

Next, click "submit" and you have completed part 1!

Can someone help change my number on here? The wrong phone number keeps popping up no matter how much I edit my profile and I can’t verify through the message for my direct deposit
