Unfortunately, we are unable to re-target jobs to an individual agent.
However, whenever a job is denied from our system, it is usually sent back out to the Field Agent app for all nearby agents in the "Find Jobs" tab. When/if you see that a job is denied, we encourage you to check if this job is still available in the "find jobs" tab of your app, and if so please feel free to give it another try! Keep in mind that other agents will also be able to see and reserve the job, so we recommend checking for it as soon as possible!
Note for Reimbursement Jobs: If you have already purchased a product for the job that was denied, you can use that same product and receipt for a new submission if you are able to reserve again. (However, if a shelf photo is required, you will still need to travel back to the store for this photo)
