If you have canceled a job reservation or if a job expired from your app we have good news! This will not negatively impact your agent score/statistics/account in any way. Please feel free to cancel a job anytime you need to if you feel you are unable to complete that job according to the listed reservation time or instructions.
For agents that used our app before summer 2020, you may remember that under our old system canceled and expired jobs would cause agents to lose a point from their Agent Score, however, this no longer applies under our new Agent Score calculation.
