Our Data Review system is set up to automatically deny for most projects when there are unanswered questions or blank photo slots in a submission. We do our best to let agents know of the likely denial that will result in unanswered questions and requests. Be on the lookout for messages like this when completing a job:
"Are you sure? Skipping a question you could have answered may forfeit any reward. Are you sure you can not answer this question?"
Additionally, this message appears for agents when trying to submit a job that is missing answers:
"Incomplete Job. You have some incomplete responses. Please review these questions to make sure you are submitting a complete job. Incomplete jobs may result in a denial."
Our best recommendation is to always fill answers and photo slots with alternate answers/photos if needed to help avoid this (see our linked article below), however, in the case that you have submitted a job with unanswered questions or blank photo slots, this is exactly the kind of thing that our support team is here for. We recommend sending in a support ticket to our team by clicking "submit a request" below as soon as possible after submitting an unfinished job (or before) that clarifies why you left a question or photo slot blank so that our team can look into it as soon as possible!

My job was canceled bot the upc numbers you guys had didn't exist. I can tell with certainty that the pictures 1 took were the products you were looking for.
