How to cash out

Here's the process for cashing out:

1. Go to and log in as an Agent using the same email and password you use to log in to the Field Agent app. You will find a video with step by step instructions waiting to help you through the process there.

2. If you haven't registered your phone number with us yet, you'll see a message on the left side of the Dashboard asking you to do so. Enter a valid SMS-capable cell phone number, and you'll receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code on your account page.

(The only time we will require an additional phone number verification is if you wish to change your cash out method.)

3. You will go ahead and select 'Direct Deposit' and fill in your banking information. You will see an example of where to locate your account and routing number, not to worry!

4. Click the “Cash Out” button.

As with any other banking transaction, please allow 2-3 business days for your funds to be posted to your personal bank account. You will first receive a micro deposit from us to confirm we have your correct account. Once you see the deposit from us record it exactly as is on our website where it asks for you to verify the account.  If you do not see a small deposit from Field Agent, it may be the routing number is incorrect or there was a typing error. You will need to log on and complete this process again.
