Job 2 Disappeared

Hi Agent! If your job part 2 disappeared from your app, don't worry this is normal. We hope we can help explain a bit more about what is happening here.

When we release a new job we often will just release a very small number of that job at first as a sort of "test wave" just to make sure everything is working well with that job before re-releasing it for the full number of slots. What this means is that the job might show up in your app for a little while, but after just a few people reserve the "test wave" that job might disappear again for a bit.

This can apply to Part 2 "Just for you" jobs as well. Don't worry though, this is normal! Once we have checked that everything looks good on the test wave, then the main wave of the job should open back up soon! Sometimes this can take a few days, and we appreciate your patience when this happens.

If you are waiting for a Part 2 job right now, don't worry, it should show back up in your app within the next few days. We would recommend only reaching out to our support team if it has been over a week and your part 2 job still isn't showing up for you.
