I never knew that you can have that opportunity to become full-time or part-time. Is there any way that I could possibly become a full-time employee?

    Hi Katlynch

This sounds like a question regarding setting up a cash out account.  We will need to look at your specific account.  Will you submit a ticket request in the support section of the Field Agent app so that our Agent Experience Team can assist you directly?  We'll look forward to helping you!

    Hi @Cryssie Federico,
Thank you for the note! Please submit a help ticket and we will be quick to assist and get that resolved for you! Once you have your cash out account set up and verified, cash outs should be processed in 2-3 business days. If you're experiencing issues with that process, though, please create a ticket and we'll be happy to help.

Hi @Adam!  We had a HUGE spike in volume in mid-May that put us a bit behind in our Data Review and Quality Control process.  However, we caught back up in early June and should be going smoothly now.  We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced in those delays.
If you're still experiencing any issues, please submit a ticket and we'll be eager to help work through this with you.
    Thanks.
