Troubleshooting issues with your app working in cellular vs wifi.
We've had 1-2 other Agents mention an issue with regards to app loading while on cellular instead of wifi.
To troubleshoot that issue:
- Go to your phone settings, go to your cellular settings. then scroll down until you see Field Agent and confirm it is on.
- If it is off, turn it on.
- If it is on, turn it off and back on.. That seems redundant, but "technology." Then go back to the app and see if the app works.
- If that didn't work, try turning your phone off and back on and trying the app again.
