Before you can cash-out your funds from the app, you will need to link a bank account (or pre-paid card) to your Field Agent app, then verify that bank account.
This process can be completed In-App or Online. Please note that this process may take 2-3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays), so please plan ahead if you need access to your funds soon!
Setting up the a Cash-out account In-App:
Step 1
First, click the "Earnings" tab in the menu bar at the bottom of your app. You should now see a green and white screen detailing your earnings and jobs. Next, click "Manage" in the top-right corner.
Now click the "Add New" button beneath "Manage Accounts."
There are 2 Options for Adding a Cash Out account in the app:
- Sync an Account
- Manually set up bank account
Sync an Account - This option provides an instant authentication of your bank account for payments!
This option utilizes an integration with Plaid that allows you to log-in directly to your bank account and select the account that you would like to utilize.
- Select your bank
- Enter your bank account credentials
- Select the account you'd like to verify for direct deposit.
- You're done!
Once you've finished setting up the account you are free to move forward with cashing out at your convenience. Keep in mind that adding a cash out account does not automatically begin the transfer of funds. You will still need to click the green cash out button.
Manually set up bank account
This method requires agents to manually input their bank account information and can take a couple of days to go through. Some Agents prefer this method or need to utilize it if their bank is not included in the Plaid sync method.
Choosing this option should take you to the form below where you can add your new bank account (or prepaid card) information. You will need your bank's name, routing number, and account number.
Please note that our system will send a verification code to your agent account phone number. You will need to enter this in order to continue. If you are having trouble receiving this code, check out our article here: Why can't I receive the text or SMS verification code to my phone?
After clicking "Save" you have completed step one of the verification process. Please note that you will still need to complete step 2 before you can cash-out your funds!
Step 2
Now that you have completed Step 1, two small verification deposits, or micro-deposits, of less than $.25 will be sent to the bank account that you listed in Step 1.
Important Note: These micro-deposits may take 1 to 3 business days to arrive! Banks do not process these on weekends or holidays, so there may be felt delays if attempting this before a weekend or holiday. We recommend checking your bank account transactions each day until you see the Field Agent deposits show up in your bank account.
Once you receive this deposit, head back to the "Manage" tab of your app. (Account > Earnings > Manage). You will see your new account listed under "Manage Cash-out Options." Click the orange "Verify" button underneath the account, then enter the amount that you see in your bank account including decimals and zeros. (If your phone will not allow you to enter decimal points, please try our online verification below. You can skip to step 2.)
Important Note: Please do not click "verify" or guess the amount sent to you before you see the micro-deposit actually arrive in your bank account, this may result in getting locked out of the cash out process and it will take even longer for us to get your money to you!
Once you have verified this micro-deposit amount, your cash-out account is good to go!
Please note: Verifying your account does not automatically cash out your available funds. you will still need to click the green "Cash Out" button that is available in the "account" and "Earnings" tabs.
Setting up a cash out account online:
Step 1
Log in here to your Agent account and click "Account Setup" on the top menu and then click the "Add New" button.
Sync an Account
Just like in the app, this method allows you to instantly authenticate bank accounts for payments. We highly recommend this option. This option allows you to log-in directly to your bank account and select the account that you would like to utilize.
- Select your bank
- Enter your bank account credentials
- Select the account you'd like to verify for direct deposit.
- You're done!
Once you've finished setting up the account you are free to move forward with cashing out at your convenience. Keep in mind that adding a cash out account does not automatically begin the transfer of funds. You will still need to click the green cash out button.
Manually set up bank account
Select your Account Type and enter your information.
You will need your bank's name, routing number, and account number.
For added security, confirm you are the one creating a new cash-out method by entering the code sent to the phone number associated with your Field Agent account.

Next, click "submit" and you have completed part 1!

Important Note: Please do not click "verify" or guess the amount sent to you before you see the micro-deposit actually arrive in your bank account, this may result in getting locked out of the cash out process!
Once you have verified this micro-deposit amounts, your cash out account is good to go! Be sure to select "active" next to the account that you want your funds to go to if you have more than one account connected.
Another Important note: Verifying your account does not automatically cash out your available funds. You will still need to click the green "Cash Out" button that is available near the top right of your online dashboard or in the Account page of your app.

10/7/24 - Someone finally responded from 10/1 support ticket but problem not resolved yet. @Frances Joy has provided superior customer service today.
10/9/24 - Day 11 of no micro deposits so I can verify my bank and cash out. I can no longer sign in to cash out. It doesn’t accept my username or password. It just stands still and lights up red around when I press login.
***Sign in issue has been resolved on 10/7/24
***Micro deposits finally deposited and my bank verified. I have cashed out 10/9/24
*** Money deposited in bank 10/10/24
