Can I add time to a job that I currently have reserved?
At this time, the app does not offer the ability to extend a currently reserved job.
Our recommendation is to wait until you're able to complete the job before reserving the job. If you experience delays and cannot complete the job when you initially expected, we recommend canceling your reservation and searching for the job when you're ready again. Note that canceling a job will not negatively affect your account/score in any way!
Hopefully, another Agent doesn't get that job you were hoping to complete in the meantime!

My job was a delivery job. I had no idea the app would cancel my job after I had ordered and it was on the way. The app should not allow you to start a delivery job if it does not give ample time to complete the task. You know it takes a min of at least 30 minutes for a delivery, so why does the app allow you to start the job. If I was able to place the order, but it hasn't been delivered yet then it should allow time to answer the questions after it was delivered. I also had no idea if this was just a job about placing an order on an app or answering questions about the product after the delivery. This is very deceptive.
I had a job of buying three moldy coupon holders from Walmart. As soon as I got home I tried to submit it and it’s the job was gone! Now i am out $11.82 plus $4 job pay. I can’t figure out how to contact you. I even filled out the form partially in the store and was stopped at a point where it asked me how much I spent.
Also, I was told to tip $2. I was extremely embarrassed to tip such a low amount to a person that uses their own car and gas since she was very nice. What's the rule? Don't order delivery if you can't afford to tip.
