Each state/governing body has its own regulations regarding how individuals can and can not use their food stamps. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has regulations for individuals on this as well. This is not something that Field Agent can decide.
Because of this, Agents do need to contact their local governing body or institute that issued the food stamps to understand the acceptable parameters for legal use of food stamps when it comes to reimbursement programs such as those run by Field Agent.
