    Hi @Jamey! Our system typically takes 1-3 business days to complete the Data Review process.  Some may take a little longer.  Our Average turnaround time is typically within 24-48hrs.

    10/7/24 - Someone finally responded from 10/1 support ticket but problem not resolved yet. @Frances Joy has provided superior customer service today.

    10/9/24 - Day 11 of no micro deposits so I can verify my bank and cash out. I can no longer sign in to cash out. It doesn’t accept my username or password. It just stands still and lights up red around when I press login.

    ***Sign in issue has been resolved on 10/7/24
    ***Micro deposits finally deposited and my bank verified. I have cashed out 10/9/24
    *** Money deposited in bank 10/10/24

    I hope this helps anyone who has questions.

    As long as you can get the account and routing numbers, you should be able to utilize PayPal.  Here are a couple articles about using PayPal:

    Hi @Jacob!  Thank you for the note!  Good question - I was able to locate some clarity on the Chime Help Center.  Chime states, "You can find your specific Chime account and routing numbers quickly by logging into the Chime Mobile App or Chime Online."
    From there, you can add those in the manual verification process and proceed with setting up your account. 
    You may also locate your Chime account in the instant verification process, as well.

    Received an email stating you've connected your bank account to field agent with plaid. However when I go in to cash out it keeps telling I have not account connected and I need to setup. What do I do now

    Thank you for the note!  Sounds like an issue with the API/connection between our system and your bank.  Our recommendation is to opt for the Manual set up process if this ever happens.  Please try again with the manual set up option.  Let us know if you experience any further issues.
