What should you do if a task is available outside of a store's business hours?
We always recommend confirming a store's business hours of operation to confirm that the store is open before you reserve a task. However, if you have already reserved a task and find out that the location is closed, please cancel your reservation by swiping of the task in the My Jobs section of the app.
Unfortunately if a store closes early or for a couple days due to outside circumstances we cannot accept data from that store until it is back open again.
Our Field Agent platform is smart and getting smarter, but we do not have a database of all stores and their business hours, so we need to trust our Agents to go to the stores when they have confirmed that the store is open. Please also be aware that holidays or other special circumstances may affect these hours.
