Wrong Country Selected
Hello Field Agents around the globe!
If you believe you may have accidentally created your Field Agent account with the wrong country selected, we're here to help! Follow these steps...
- First, please log out of your account and create a new account.
- At the bottom of the sign-up page, there should be a country-selector section where you can set your home country as your location. This way you will have access to opportunities within Field Agent around your location.
- Once you create your new account in your home country, please make sure to reach out to the Field Agent support team in your home country for any further questions or concerns.

It is important that your account is created with the correct county selected so that you can have access to all of the jobs available in your area AND so that you can collect the earnings from your hard work.
If your app is registered in a country other than your own, then you won't be able to put in your phone number or bank account information to collect your earnings, which means time and money lost for you, our agents!
