If an agent adds an image from an internet search, a photo of another device, a computer image, or a screen capture that was uploaded outside of the app, this is considered to be cheating and the agent's account will be banned.
All photos are to be taken while in the app, unless otherwise specified in the job instructions. This is especially true of in-store photos.
This policy is in place to uphold the integrity of the data that we pass along to our clients, as this is of utmost importance to Field Agent.
Computer Images Will Lead to Account Suspension
