Field Agent always processes cashouts from our system within 24 hours of when they are enacted by the agent during weekday business hours (Central Standard Time).
However, because of how banks operate, it often takes 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the bank to make these funds available after the process has been started by Field Agent.
Your cashout will arrive in your account most quickly if you cash out your funds earlier in the work week (Monday or Tuesday are best) between 8am and 5pm (Central Standard Time).
Cashouts tend to take the longest to arrive when they are cashed out on Friday evenings (after 5pm CST), on weekends, or before holidays.
If your cashout has not arrived yet, please know that it is on the way! We hope the recommendations above help you get cashed out as soon as possible moving forward.

I don't understand why it takes so long for the payout to be processed. Why can't we set it up to automatically process a payment as soon as the money is available? I'd rather have it sent to PayPal and pay to get it out because it's available immediately when it's sent to PayPal. I cashed out at 10:00 in the morning on a Friday and it's 8:00 at night and it's still not even been sent to my bank. I don't understand why it takes so long when other apps can do it immediately.
I cashed out last week and still haven't received any thing
This is a tad bit frustrating to not know nor a response because of they're abundance of people contacting them that's the only part of this app I don't like I mean other things like when I work for Postmates or instacart you can cash out at the time you do the job so they need to fix that part of their application but anyways I just started and I don't want to continue and not get my money so I just wanted to see if the first job would pay and it's been several days I'm lost because nobody's contacting me back so it's like I don't know but I like this I like this website and I like the jobs they have and the fact that you can get tickets to enter their drawing plus you can do scavenger hunts I like it I just don't like to payment situation which im sure at some point they will rectify but I guess once it gets started I won't have to worry about it but still I'd like to get going with jobs
Lol everybody acts like this is there main source of income and lord knows what hell there will be to pay if I don’t get my insignificant amount of money this very instant

Haven’t received my payment for more than a week and nobody replies my tickets. Anyone can do something? How can I contact the customer service without an email or phone number? Should I just wait forever?
@Lucy no one responds to the support tickets either. I’m having issues as well and it’s been over the amount of time suggested.
@Karla Adams I don't do any more tasks since they don't give us the money back. Two weeks nobody replied and the money still not in my bank.
@Lucy it seems like the majority is having this problem. I read the reviews on their app. This appears to be a SCAM.
@Karla Adams This is the first time I had the problem. I have used for a while no problem before. Don't know what's going on recently. If we don't get the money I guess I'll have to return.
@Lucy so it’s not a Scam? This is my first time doing this. You were receiving your payouts at first? The problem is no one responds to support requests.

Hi Jake! We have a verification process to ensure that the cashout funds are going to the correct bank account. Many other apps choose not to do this, but we opt for a more secure process to care for our agents well!

Does anyone ever answer ticket submissions, I am trying to cash out and keep getting for the last 4 days that a bit more time is need to verify my bank account!!
