Good news! Field Agent does allow agents to use their Cash App accounts as a Direct Deposit method as long as the Agent has a Cash App Card. Agents must use the free Cash App Cash Card, which they can request through the Cash App.
We do not support Cash App through our Instant Verification option, therefore, agents will have to choose our “Manual” option and enter their Cash Card information manually.
To request a cash app card, log into your Cash App account and click the “Banking” tab (located at the bottom left of the home screen) and then open the “Direct Deposit” tab. Once you do this, Cash App will take you through the process of receiving a free Cash Card.
Once you receive your Cash Card, login to your Field Agent account and go to “Account”>”Settings”>”Payment Options” to complete the process.

Thank you for the note! To setup the cash out account manually initially will take 2-4 business days. Once the account is setup, the cash out process will take 2-5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) from the time that you trigger the cash out in your app.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong. But it sounds like your saying to type in the Cash App card number in place of bank routing number and account number. No matter how you do it, it won't work.
How would you put the card number? In the routing field? Or account field? And the expiration date can't have a slash line to show it's a date, just numbers. And then it shows it needs more numbers. What am I missing?

Thank you for the note! I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and lack of clarity there. You can't use the card number, but instead will need to get your account # and routing # from cash app. If you're able to do that, you can add those via the Manual set up process.

It has been a few days since I added my cashapp via the manual setup. How long does the process take before I can cash out!!
Hi @Johannes, You'll typically receive the microdeposits within 1-3 business days. From there, you can validate those amounts received in the cashout system. Then you can cashout at your convenience. If you feel like there is an extended delay, please submit a ticket in the Help Center of the app. Our Agent Ambassadors will be happy to look into this more specifically with you.
