Why can't I access the Eye Spy jobs?

We are happy to walk you through the easy steps to complete the brief and unlock access to Eye Spy jobs!

Step 1: Accessing the Brief

To begin, navigate to the Explore tab on your dashboard. From there, select “Your Briefcase”, which is where all your important documents and guides are stored. Next, click on the “Job Guides” tab, where you'll find a wealth of information to help you succeed in your role.

Step 2: Watching the Video

Once you're inside the Job Guides section, tap on “Inside (the) Job: Eye Spy”. A video will pop up, providing you with essential information and insights into the world of Eye Spy. Take a few minutes to watch the video and absorb all the valuable tips and tricks.

Step 3: Completing the Training

After watching the video, click on the back arrow in the top left corner to return to the previous page. Then, use the right arrow in the bottom right corner to advance to the next page. Keep going until you reach the final page, where you'll find a crucial step to complete your training: tapping the green *checkmark* at the bottom of the page. This is important, as it confirms that you've completed the brief and are ready to take on Eye Spy jobs.
