    In regards to the reimbursement symbol; is there a difference between one symbol that is grey and one that is green?

    @joe, I believe that you are referencing the earnings page.  When a cash out is made, the earnings and reimbursements before that cashout date will turn grey.  The green amounts generally reflect what has yet to be cashed out.

    @kim, Hello!  If you'd like to checkout jobs all around you, I encourage you to adjust your radius to 90 miles so that you can see any all jobs in your area.  Then you can reduce that search radius to the area that you would realistically travel to. 
    Additionally, make sure that you have your search settings to search near you rather than specific zip codes.

    @Kirstie,
    Hi hi!  Yes, we choose a winner each month.  You can see the history of winners dating back to April of 2017 in the app.  Go to the app, then Explore Tab > My Tickets > History (link in top right).  
    We also post the winner each month in a story on Instagram.

    Can someone help me?
    To know if I have completed the sign up process. Because i'm not seeing any jobs, so i'm not sure what information I am missing

    @Lori Hi hi!  I just reviewed your account and all looks good to go on our end! Our Clients are activating new jobs all the time.  If you are not seeing jobs currently, we recommend you continue to check back regularly.  
    Submit a ticket through the help center if you continue to feel like you're continuing to not see work and our Agent Ambassadors team can assist further and review your account again!
