When you are doing a 2 part job that requires an online product purchase, you finish the job part 1 where you order the product. But then occasionally the store may inform you later that the product is not available after all.
In this case unfortunately job part 2 cannot be completed as requested.
If you haven't already, please reach out to our support team here to let them know that the order was canceled. This way we can pass along the feedback to our team in case there is a bigger issue with product availability going on.
We will also un-target you from job 2 since it can't be completed this time.
