If you are completing a two-part job (such as a Buy and Try or Ratings and Review), if the store cancels your order, please cancel Job 1.
In this case, sadly, Job 2 will not be able to be completed as requested.
If you haven't already, please reach out to our support team here to let the Ambassadors know that the order was canceled. This way we can pass along the feedback to our team in case there is a bigger issue with product availability that they need to be aware of.
