All jobs have a two-reservation-limit to ensure agent equity and fairness. If you have reserved a job and then cancelled the job twice, or allowed the job to expire twice, it will show in the app as a job that still needs to be completed but it will not allow for you to reserve it, as you have already reached the limit of two reservations for that job.
Additionally, sometimes our server is not able to update the app fast enough for some of our most popular jobs that are reserved very quickly. If you have not reserved a job before, and you receive the "Job Taken" error, it is likely because another agent reserved it and our server hasn't taken it down quickly enough. This happens most often on Lego jobs, furniture jobs, restaurant jobs, and other popular items that are exciting to try.
