First, we ask you to open the job, and take a clear photo of what’s at the given address. Whether it’s an empty storefront, a different business, or anything that indicates the store is no longer in operation, a photo helps us understand what you encountered.
2. Upload the Photo as an Alternate
Once you’ve taken the photo, please upload it as an alternate photo for the job. This helps us verify what happened and gives us the information that we need to resolve the situation.
3. Leave Us a Comment
When you finish taking the photo, leave us a comment at the end of the job to explain what happened, so our data review team can take note of this.
4. Job Denial? Don’t Worry, We’ve Got You Covered!
