We're excited to introduce a game-changing update to our Field Agent app: the ability to zoom in and out when taking photos! This innovative feature is designed to make your job easier, especially when working in tight spaces like narrow aisles. 

*Please note, this feature is only available on devices that have a camera with multiple lenses.*

The Challenge of Narrow Aisles

We understand that taking precise photos can be difficult, especially when aisle space is limited. You've told us that it can be tough to get the perfect shot without having to squeeze yourself into a tight spot or strain your back. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to helping you succeed!

How the Zoom Feature Works

The new zoom feature is simple to use and makes a big difference in the quality of your photos. When the camera pops up during a job, you can click the “0.5” button at the bottom of the screen to zoom out and capture the entire shelf with ease. This means you can get a clear, full-top-to-bottom view of the shelf without having to push yourself against the shelf behind you.

Tips for getting the best results from the zoom feature, try the following:

• The 0.5 feature zooms far out, so we want to try and get rid of extra floor, ceiling, and side space. To make sure you are just getting the 4ft section, you will likely need to step forward a bit after hitting the zoom button. 
• Zooming out too much can create a little bit of fuzziness in the photos, so be sure to double check your photos!
